The Human Resources Department of the Health Care District of Palm Beach County is seeking to hire a skilled Manager, Compensation & Benefits.

The Manager of Compensation & Benefits will be a subject-matter expert for various strategic benefit and compensation initiatives and key projects at the Health Care District of Palm Beach County. This position is responsible for managing all benefit and compensation programs and processes in alignment with the organization's overall strategic objectives and Total Rewards practices. In collaboration with the Director of HR Operations this position will improve the overall health and well-being of our employees through developing, continuously monitoring, and improving a total rewards strategy that drives talent acquisition and retention.

Required Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Human Resources or other relevant field, required.

Required Experience:

• Seven (7) or more years of experience in benefits management and compensation experience.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Robust understanding of HRIS systems, Excel and reporting.
• Highly organized and able to manage time well in order to meet deadlines
• Strong hands on experience with MS Office
• Experience working within compensation platforms
• Strong communication and presentation skills

Required Licensure:

• Valid Florida Driver’s License required.
