Customer Success Manager
Job Summary
The customer success manager is responsible for being the voice of the customer. He/she wil build relationships with customers, regional sales managers and other internal stakeholders. The candidate also maintains and coordinates the sales programs like Pre Season Order Program. The position is part of the Sales team and reports to the Director of Sales.
Job Responsibilities
  • Liaison between outside sales team and operations teams – channels communication, communicates priorities for shipping, escalates within the two organizations and follows up on decisions and action items
  • Oversees sales programs like Preseason Orders (PSO), bid assistance and co-op
  • Creates required documentation (PSO letter and order form, Application Guide) and communicates the changes to the sales team
  • Supports the Director of Sales and general manger on data analysis (sales numbers, margins)
Job Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Sales Management or comparable studies
  • 3-5 years’ experience in sales administration
  • Experience in truck/equipment industry or (steel) manufacturing environment preferred
  • ERP systems (InforXA/Mapics or SAP)
  • Profound knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
  • CRM system (Salesforce)

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to learn and keep up with product knowledge
  • Ability to work within a team atmosphere
