AAA Oregon/Idaho is currently seeking a creative and collaborative Digital Marketing Manager to join our team in Portland!

The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for successfully deploying effective user experiences on AAA Oregon/Idaho’s member facing digital platforms. The person in this position will collaborate and lead projects within the marketing team and other business lines to optimize digital experiences for members and customers in support of sales, lead generation and club goals.

This is a full-time, in-office position located at our headquarters in Downtown Portland.

Desired skills/education/experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or Business Administration, or equivalent degree or work experience preferred
• 5-7 years prior digital marketing work experience is preferred
• Creative thinking, strong verbal and written communication skills. Must speak, read, write, and comprehend English
• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities required.
• Must be able to work in a team environment
• Able to adapt to the organizational culture communication style and brand guidelines

Technical skills:

• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar ESP
• Knowledge of WordPress
• Strong knowledge of Khoros or similar social content distribution platform
• Strong knowledge of Facebook tools and analytics
• Knowledge of design aesthetics and ability to follow established creative style
• Knowledge of HTML and CSS
• Strong knowledge of website analytics platforms including Adobe Analytics
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
