• Must be available to work nights and weekends until 11pm
• Hours of operation are 5p-930p Mon-Thurs, 5p-1030p Fri and 12p-1030p Sat/Sun
• Ability to lead and direct Game Masters throughout the shift
• Enthusiastic greeting with every single guest
• Lead groups of 2-10 guests in a fun, friendly conversation
• Collecting information and making meaningful connections with our guests.
• Enthusiastically explaining the rules of the game.
• Using our software to monitor games and give clues and hints for the games
• Giving a recap of the experience in the outro
• Flexible availability.
• Genuine love for serving others.
• Flexibility and teachability.
• Quick and effective decision-making abilities.
• Creative problem-solving.
• Basic computer skills

Demonstrating operational excellence by:

• Strong Communication, professionalism and interpersonal skills
• Ensuring game components function properly at all times
• Maintain facility cleanliness to an "A Level" at all times
• Restock inventory as needed
• Completing necessary reports and operate a cash register effectively
• Immediately and graciously resolve all service failures

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Evening shift
• Weekend availability
