Essential Functions:
The Guest Services Manager will assist the Sr. Director of Facility Operations and Programming in coordinating events as well as assist in overseeing the guest services administrative department for daily functions.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Execution of daily events for both internal and external customers.
  • Manage and oversee a part-time staff of front desk administrative employees. This includes all aspects of scheduling, payroll, and serving as a direct report-to.
  • Understand and relay information related to programming offered at the arena to external guests and customers.
  • Manage and oversee off-ice events to include utilizing all aspects of our website, social media accounts, and various scheduling software.
  • Assist with catering options, ordering supplies, and third-party vendor relations
  • Provide and organize content for Arena’s Social Media Platforms
  • Book smaller events such as Birthday parties
  • Responsible for daily/nightly bank deposits and cash tills.
  • Counts the bank and deposits
  • Serve as the facilities acting manager on-duty during daily or nightly shifts.
