Position Summary
Carry out complex information systems and/or information technology tasks within more than one discipline. Disciplines may include, but are not limited to, application support, database administration, network telecommunications, and infrastructure operations of administration, analysis and design.

Responsibilities:
Primary and Essential Accountabilities
  • Carry out moderately complex information systems and/or information technology tasks within more than one discipline
  • Monitor and support the information technology and systems infrastructures
  • Troubleshoot and resolve problems
  • Implement various applications of a complex nature
  • Conduct analysis including planning, designing, and evaluating a variety of information technology tools
  • Respond to a variety of complex user requests for system needs and upgrades
  • May act as a technical project leader or provide work leadership for lower-level employees
  • May provide written technical descriptions and contribute in the development of technical solutions in support of proposal efforts
  • Support, communicate, reinforce, and defend the mission, values and culture of the organization

Secondary Accountabilities
  • Attend appropriate engineering, customer or business meetings
Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related technical field and a minimum of 7 years applicable information systems experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
  • Expected to have knowledge and experience in multiple information systems disciplines with specific focus on SharePoint Administration and Active Directory support.
  • Certifications in any IT discipline is a plus.
Physical Requirements
  • Lifting (up to 20 lbs.): up to 25% of time
  • Walking: up to 25% of time
  • Climbing, Kneeling, Bending, Standing, Stooping: up to 10% of time
  • Sitting: up to 75% of time
  • Travel: up to 10% of time
