For each client, Blue Corona implements inbound internet marketing strategies such as pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, search engine optimization (SEO), website design and development, and marketing analytics services to measurably increase marketing performance.

As the Manager, Integrated Media, you will oversee service delivery for Blue Corona’s integrated media services including social media (organic and paid), email marketing, and OTT advertising. You are responsible for defining Blue Corona’s strategic approach to these strategies, developing standard operating procedures, and overseeing a team of strategists who will deliver outsized value and positive ROI for our clients. You will help Blue Corona’s Account Directors grow the integrated media department by driving fantastic results and high-quality outputs that lead to more sales. This is an opportunity to lead a new department and transform these ancillary services into core revenue drivers for the business.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic direction of Blue Corona’s social media, email marketing, and OTT service lines
• Develop and iteratively test new approaches, settings, audiences, and strategies to drive optimal performance for our clients
• Establish standard operating procedures that drive efficiencies and healthy gross profit for your department
• Ensure consistent, integrated approach to campaign creative across channels
• Collaborate with technology solutions team to ensure accurate tracking/attribution and optimal data visualization to articulate KPIs to clients
• Oversee team of social media, email, and media buying (OTT) strategists; responsible for hiring, people management, performance reviews, and team meetings
• Assist Account Directors, Sales Executives, and corporate marketing department with knowledge and case study-worth results to drive departmental revenue growth
• Serve as a subject matter expert on client calls alongside Account Directors and Account Managers on an as needed basis
• Oversee development of new integrated media service lines and packaging of services

Experience

• 3+ years’ experience in digital media strategy (social, email, media buying)
• 2+ years’ experience as a people manager
• Self-starter who can independently drive new initiatives
• Proven track record leading a department
• Ability to excel at the creative and analytical aspects of integrated media
• Exemplary organizational, attention-to-detail, time-management, and follow-up skills
• Ability to solve complex problems and resolve conflicts
• Ability to have crucial conversations with employees as needed
• Business acumen and drive (you never lose sight of your overall goal – growing our clients’ businesses)
• A 4-year college degree
• Experience with Facebook Business Manager and common email marketing platforms (Emma experience a plus)
• Familiar with CRM platforms and integrations such as Zapier
• Experience with media buying a plus
