You will supervise and oversee the cleaning operations for the Religious institutions in a geographic area.
General Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Ensure your team meets the cleaning needs of each building we serve.
• Ensure proper staffing levels at all times.
• Ensure that your team adheres to company budget, strict compliance to labor and supply budgets required.
• Responsible for fostering successful client relationships
• Responsible for service quality delivered to client.
• Ultimate responsibility for correcting problems and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Responsible for following company guidelines when hiring, training, and developing your team.
• Responsible for organization of service team and company assets within your region to deliver best results.
• Responsible to ensure your teams accurate and timely reporting of hours for automated payroll system.
• Complete assignments as directed by management.
• Work with other departments such as Human Resources and Accounting to ensure your team is following company policy.
