Manage and direct the activities of the Marketing and Lead Generation teams. Team member is expected to drive production and effeciencies through coaching, modeling and reinforcing effective marketing and customer service practices. Assists in staffing, planing, and directing the activties of Lead Generation Agents to achieve and exceed targeted expectations. Must maintain a professional and personal image that upholds the HGV brand standards.

Executes Strategy

• Execute on tactical marketing; sales transfers; cost/sales efficiency and net volume targets.
• Onboard applicable team members.
• Responsible for assisting in recruiting and hiring.
• Champion Hilton quality customer care and culture.
• Responsible for performance management documentation.
• Manager on duty responsibilities

Drives Execution

• Handle Marketing related guest issues
• Handle all NQ’s for transferred calls.
• Ensure coding is appropriate for various campaigns\

Build and Lead Talent

• Proactively seek and schedule workshops and training sessions to support production, team building and corporate culture.
• Coach relevant team members in Customer Care as needed.
• Provide documentation of Lead Generation agents for coaching and development.
• Assist policy and procedural enforcement.

Drive for Results

• Monitor the Lead Generation team’s customer interactions on a regular basis.
• Facilitate marketing initiatives on the floor.
• Create an environment that motivates team members.

Overall

• Must be available to work weekends, evenings, holidays, and any other days/ hours as required per business needs.
• Carries out all reasonable requests by management.

• Must be able to handle multiple priorities and duties.
• Requires alertness and attention to detail in projects.

It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

• 3+ years’ experience as a Manager in a Vacation Ownership Environment.
