The Manager of Acquisition Marketing is responsible for planning and executing strategic marketing initiatives that generate leads and drive new customer enrollments to support the Company’s growth and business objectives. This role will lead the acquisition marketing team and collaborate with cross-functional teams in Marketing as well as Product, Sales, Analytics, and other departments as needed to develop strategic lead acquisition marketing plans utilizing multi-channel lead sources.

Outcomes and Activities:

  • This position will work from home; occasional planned travel to an office location may be required. However, this position is permitted to work at an office location if requested by the team member.
  • Develop annual customer acquisition marketing plan to achieve Company’s customer growth goals and business objectives.
  • Responsible for the customer acquisition marketing initiatives by managing the strategy, development, implementation, and results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across channels and segments.
  • Identify new multi-channel customer acquisition opportunities as new products and enhancements are released.
  • Responsible for the output of marketing materials to support B2B lead generation campaigns, including website, digital advertising, email marketing, videos, podcasts, social media, presentations, sales tools, new product promotions and new product features, etc.
  • Conduct ongoing market research to keep at the forefront of trends and competitor marketing movements.
  • Collaborate with Marketing leaders on the strategic direction, design, and content on the corporate website (www.creditacceptance.com) to correlate with marketing campaigns; ideate new features to enhance the customer experience; and provide guidance to drive traffic through organic and paid search to enhance SEO and digital advertising ads.
  • Responsible for the digital and print media strategy and support delivery of advertising campaigns from conception to refinement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field OR a Bachelor’s degree and equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 8 years of digital B2B or B2C marketing experience, based on position.
  • Demonstrated experience in planning, prioritizing and leading projects.
  • Ability to gather insights from customer engagements and translate to market research into actional insights and tactical plans.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite.

Preferred:

  • Breadth of marketing functional and tactical experience preferred, such as:
  • Experience developing marketing materials, including but not limited to website, Google Ads, sales support materials, HTML emails, landing pages, presentations, print ads, etc.
  • Experience working in marketing automation systems, such as Pardot, Marketo, Hubspot, Eloqua, etc., creating HTML emails and landing pages.
  • Experience designing websites and/or working in CMS website platforms, such as WordPress, Drupal, Joomla!®, etc., and/or portal platforms such as Liferay.
  • Experience working in marketing automation systems, such as Pardot, Marketo, Hubspot, Eloqua, etc., creating HTML emails and landing pages.
  • Experience with SEO and Google Analytics.
  • Background in the automotive or finance industry.

Targeted Compensation: $84,900 - $113,000 + an annual bonus plan
