Job description
Our Purpose:
Arrive Health (formerly RxRevu) is on a mission to disrupt our broken healthcare system and clear the way for better health. We are a healthcare technology company that truly believes people should not have to choose between managing their health and meeting their basic needs, which is why we are committed to doing the work needed to bridge technology gaps within healthcare systems in order to deliver clear, accurate information at the point of care.
We improve access to the most affordable, quality care by delivering patient-specific cost and coverage data to providers, care teams, and patients. Collaborating with premier health systems, pharmacy benefit managers, payers, and healthcare IT vendors, Arrive Health is clearing the way for better health by reducing friction in care workflows and enabling meaningful conversations about access to care.
The Platform:
Our technology solutions invite proactive conversations between patients, providers, and care teams. We deliver accurate medical and pharmacy cost and coverage data to integrated workflows to improve patient access to affordable, convenient treatment. Through intuitive technology and reliable insights, we’re helping physicians arrive at the best possible option for patients — one that is effective, accessible, and affordable. Arrive Health has a successful track record of helping millions of patients get the care they need at prices they can afford.
As a member of our incredible team, here is what you’ll do:
The Manager of Clinical Strategy is passionate about building long-term, lasting relationships with payer, PBM, EHR, and health system clients to drive growth, retention, and client satisfaction. This role will provide in-depth support of client needs including product feedback, optimization, and partnering cross-collaboratively with internal analytics and commercial resources to develop strategic plans. The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of payer, PBM, and health system ecosystems; including clinical workflows, healthcare economics, and technology, allowing them to serve as a true trusted advisor across multiple stakeholder groups.
Developing the trust of decision makers and positioning themselves as a strategic thought partner, the manager will collaborate with commercial stakeholders to introduce new lines of business and products with existing clients, while continuing to improve existing product relationships as measured by conducting quarterly account reviews for health system clients, developing strategic plans based on client feedback, and/or other means.
Among other things, here is what you will do:
- Review advanced analytics with health system reports, payers, and other informed decision-making tools to provide strategic recommendations based on metrics of interest to customer stakeholders.
- Support quarterly business reviews for health system and payer clients and ad hoc presentations to support partnerships to increase prescriber adoption. These reviews will include current usage metrics, ideas for enhancement, and expansion opportunities.
- Support the Client Engagement and Strategic Account Teams for health system, PBM, EMR, and health plan pharmacy-related customer-feedback (e.g., issues with clinical and pharmacy alternatives, ordering workflows, client data asks).
- Own pharmacy-related aspects of implementations with the SwiftRx Product suite, including development of project plans, meeting facilitation, documentation of notes, next steps, and standardization of processes.
- Manage and track all clinical product feedback and strategic opportunities, using standardized processes in tools such as Salesforce, AHA, and Confluence.
- Maintain a regular communication loop with commercial leadership and product management teammates to pass on product enhancement and other needs of our clients.
- Ensure robust client relationships and an engagement model that allows for partnership in innovation and product development.
- Identify upsell opportunities, coordinating activity with sales, analytics, and client success client-side resources.
- Run internal quarterly Client Profile Reviews including assessment of product enhancement opportunities, assessment of reported product issues, known strategic initiatives reported by client, reporting any key contact changes, and competitive information.
Ideal qualifications we seek in a candidate:
- A doctorate degree in pharmacy or related clinical field from an accredited college or university
- Advanced residency or fellowship experience is preferred (e.g., managed care, health system administration)
- 5 years of experience, with 3 years in administration/leadership
- Deep payer, PBM, provider, and health system knowledge and experience
- Ability to conduct clear and concise presentations for pharmacy, technical, and corporate executive audiences
- Understanding of Health Information Technology (HIT) considerations
- Strong attention-to-detail, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build and maintain productive, positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
