Responsibilities:
The Email Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, developing, executing, and tracking results from the overall email marketing strategy including ongoing campaigns for multiple business lines, including Kelsey-Seybold Clinic service lines, KelseyCare Advantage Medicare Advantage service lines, and KelseyCare Commercial Plans service lines. The Email Marketing Manager will operate as a creative and operational leader, managing the strategy, leading your team, and ensuring that the business goals are met.

Salary Range: $99,590.40 to $130,712.40 (Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc.)

Experience
A.
7 years email creation, distribution, and marketing experience.
Experience in management of A/B tests and other strategic segmentations of email messaging, SMS and push notifications, scripting language, working in enterprise email platforms, reporting platforms (Power BI)

Healthcare and health plan marketing experience.

Fully developed creative and writing skills with ability to create copy and campaigns.
Create and edit emails in HTML and CSS, including responsive email design.
Ability to present email program metrics, action plans to executive team.
Deep understanding of email personalization, definition of success metrics
Adherence of CAN-SPAM laws and email marketing best practices

Experience with Salesforce
Knowledge of job tracking systems.
Strong familiarity with JavaScript, SQL

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including an advanced knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
