Overview
Works under the supervision of the Director. Schedules shifts, evaluates performance and resolves complaints of staff members in this department. Responsible for the quality and productivity of work, and morale of the staff. Responsible for hiring, training, scheduling and discipline for department employees. Performs other duties as assigned. Coordinates with vendors to maintain cleanliness and supplies for facility.

In lieu of a Bachelor’s degree a minimum of 5 years’ experience, preferably 7 or more, in an Environmental Services supervisory/management position in a healthcare environment.
