As Manager of Strategic Partnerships, they will develop strategic partnerships with Input Providers, Ag Retailers and Technology Providers. They will be focused on delivering better customer value by collaborating with leading Ag and Tech players as well as cross-functional teams throughout CNHi. Rapidly growing the abilities of CNHi Precision Technology group via partnerships focusing on data interoperability and business model innovation while simultaneously driving speed to market will be key metrics in the role.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify, evaluate, negotiate, and lead key strategic partnerships to drive growth - relationships that enhance our product capabilities, business models and go to market approach
  • Select types of partners to pursue given strategic priorities, source potential partners through broad prospecting, responsible for the development of a joint business case and value proposition for new partner development, including investment theses
  • Lead negotiations to drive optimal relationship structure for partnerships in conjunction with business leaders, Product, Strategy, Legal, Finance, and other internal teams
  • Focus on laying the foundation for large, long-term strategic programs while still recognizing and supporting near-term opportunities to meet priority customer needs
  • Provide a strategic approach to partnering, leveraging robust partnership frameworks to drive decisions
  • Own and support each business case, establishing targets for partnership opportunities and securing resources for opportunities as needed
  • Stay current on industry trends through research, networking, and affiliation with professional organizations
  • Actively communicate with internal stakeholders on opportunities, progress, challenges, and successes of each partner program
This position pays between $124,000 and $190,000. ( Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)
Qualifications:
  • MBA from an accredited school.
  • A minimum of 10 years Agriculture industry combined experience in Sales & Marketing, Finance, Business Dev., or Management Consulting
  • Have strong communications (written/verbal), presentation and facilitation skills
  • Fluent English, other languages a plus
  • Ability to travel up to 30% domestic and international travel


Preferred:

  • Strong analytical skills/ complex modeling for Business Planning and extensive PowerPoint, Excel and Word skills
  • Project management skills, facilitator for teams to achieve results
  • Ability to develop strong and trustful relationship with senior managers and partners
