How we LEAD:
UMe is seeking a Manager, Production to support the UMG catalog video repertoire, who has a passion for music, shows a lot of initiative, and can work in a fast paced environment
How you’ll CREATE:

Create digital video products and assign metadata
-
Submit videos for copyright clearance (licensing agreements with publishers)
-
Alert team of copyright issues
-
Liaise with other departments as necessary, such as A&R, marketing, commerce, business affairs, video services, etc.

Place work orders for closed captioning and/or subtitles
-
QC closed captioning for accuracy and formatting errors
-
Schedule, publish, and deliver video products via the digital supply chain

Daily monitoring and updating of statuses for CLA, closed captioning, video asset, delivery, etc.

Management and archival of video assets and associated elements in media cloud
-
Submit video assets and closed captioning files for QC
-
Clearly communicate due dates, issues, and options, so all are aware and informed decisions can be made
-
When/if necessary, lead video side of weekly production meetings

Troubleshoot, clean up, and fix video products
-
Submit purchase order requests for approval and process invoices for payment
