Role: Mainframe Senior Developer (Hands-on)
Work experience required: 10 – 12 yrs
Skill set: COBOL, JCL, DB2, Teradata, VSAM, CICS, Z/OS.
Must have skill:
- Candidate should have strong communication skills and coordination skills.
- Looking for someone proactive and go getter
- Ability to work independently and work with client directly. Have good experience in client interaction as it is client interaction role
- Very good communication skill and work with a team
- Added advantage of we have associates with Agile experience in the past projects and ability adapt in the agile sprint environment.
- Creating and modifying JCL, DB2, Teradata table and CICS programs.
Assists in the overall analysis and design of information technology systems
Demonstrates continuous effort to improve operations, decrease turnaround times, streamline work processes, and work cooperatively. Analyzes, interprets and presents technology solutions to prepare design specifications in a technically acceptable and cost-effective manner
Maintains information technology systems using COBOL, DB2, Teradata, VSAM and JCL in the Z/OS operating system and CICS. Develops logical code for efficient program execution. Produces written technical documentation - Technical Skills- COBOL, JCL, DB2, Teradata, VSAM, Z/OS, CICS.
- Domain Skills- PBM, Provider, Pharmacy
Good to have:
- AWS or any Cloud experience.

- Must be a quick learner and adapt to client environment.
- Ensures that teams have appropriate product and technical specifications, direction, and resources to deliver effectively.
- Provides detailed and timely status updates to management;
- Maintains technical knowledge and understanding of the latest development methodologies and best practices by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations.
