Job Title: Manager/Reception/mailroom
Location: Miami, FL 33131
Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour
Work Days: Mon - Fri, 10:00 AM-7:00PM (40 hrs./week)
Job Type: Temporary to Permanent

Qualifications/ Requirements:
Candidates are required to be fully vaccinated.
1 year minimum managing others, experience in a high paced office setting or copy production most desired.

Responsibilities:
Receiving high volume of email requests * Processing incoming as well as outgoing USPS mail * Shipping and receiving (FedEx and UPS, etc.) * Scanning documents * Producing complex documents via hard copy as well as printing from digital files * Coordinating courier runs * Conference room set up (may include video conferencing, Zoom, Teams, etc.) * Basic office maintenance: kitchen stock, copier & office supply stock * Back-up reception duties as needed specific to greeting/directing clients and creating/receiving food orders * Back up records management as needed * Back-up IT duties as needed such as basic computer set-up (test phone connections, ensure monitor in place etc.) * Tracking & reporting site volumes (mail, production output, conferences, etc.)
