• Assess the current audit process and identify opportunities for disruption, digitalization, and automation, including making strategic recommendations on prioritization with the ultimate goal to improve efficiency and profitability. The audit process includes people/resources, technology, audit/tool platforms, and every supporting process.
• Oversee the roll out and implementation plan for new solutions to generate excitement and drive adoption in the Assurance practice.
• Drive the governance, approval and review process over digital solutions developed to ensure all necessary approvals are obtained prior to business go-live.
• Navigate relationship structures to engage with SN remote teams to influence digital strategy and support at scale use of the digital solutions developed.
• Manage, mentor, and empower individual audit team members to guide their continual development in addition to constantly evaluating succession strategy.
• Build the team’s skills and experience to positively impact the broader team culture and future-ready/next-gen capabilities.
• Assure the firm is meeting all the AICPA’s Management Quality Standards.
• Chairs SN’s Assurance Committee, which sets Firm policy governing the delivery of audit and attestation services along with monitoring and ensuring communication of newly issued auditing and accounting standards.
• Collaborate with Management Committee on growth plans and business development incentives.
• Collaborate with other business verticals to elevate the client experience.
• Manage the A&A practice area – resource adequacy and individual metrics.

• Deliver strategy and instituting transformation programs that change the way audits are delivered and have improved the audit experience for clients and professionals executing audits.
• Lead teams to deliver strong business outcomes through an entrepreneurial mindset, effective prioritization, and decision-making.
• Adopt a growth mindset with a willingness to learn and continue to develop new skills.
• Act with integrity and show care for the people you work with.
• Communicate at a senior level with focus and clarity - both written and verbal.
• Deep knowledge of auditing and accounting standards
• Preferably, you also have experience in the following areas:
• Data analytics or digital solutions development experience.
• Ability to apply design thinking concepts in problem solving and ideation.
