QUALITY CONSULTING GROUP, a leader in the pharmaceutical, biotech, medical devices, and manufacturing industry, is looking for a talented, highly motivated and enthusiastic to join our team. In this role, you’ll work with a highly enthusiastic team, contributing in a world-class manufacturing industry in Puerto Rico & USA.

Responsibilities:

  • Spend the majority of the day gowned up in the manufacturing plant, supporting formulation/filling activities.
  • Wipe in and stage materials and equipment required for production activities.
  • Collect in-process samples and log them into the laboratory information management system (LIMS).
  • Assist in formulation/filling operations and document task performance in the electronic batch record (EBR).
  • Preparation of buffers/media, formulation, and filtration of formulated bulk drug product.
  • Operation and occasional troubleshooting of vial and syringe filling/stoppering equipment.
  • Vial washing, transfer of vial and syringe tubs into the filling/stoppering line

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in biology or Life Sciences
  • Four (4) years of GMP/ Manufacturing experience
  • Ability to work with a diverse group of colleagues in a team setting, while getting along with peers to achieve a common goal.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Knowledge in LIMS and EBR (Electronic Batch Record)
  • Formulation/Filling experience
  • Able to carefully follow instructional SOPs to prevent impact to production.
  • Great communication skills
  • Available to work 7am - 4pm OR 10am - 7pm

  • Thousand Oaks, CA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
