Encadria Staffing Solutions is currently hiring for Georgia-Pacific's Savannah River Mill, Consumer Products facility in Rincon, GA.

Shift Times: 7am-7pm or 7pm-7am

Job Responsibilities:

• Safely move fiber units or other materials to and from storage or production areas, by using fork trucks with forks and other attachments as needed.
• Stack fiber units in designated locations to ensure accurate inventory
• Stage, prepare and load fiber units to be pulped at established targets to meet production goals
• Utilize dock locks, wheel chalk, 5th wheel stand and other safety devices as required.
• Stage bales of waste paper cut and remove wires while wearing PPE
• Clean and wash up floor areas, sweep, shovel poly and waste
• Cleaning the boiler room

Other duties include...

• Lifting objects up to 75 pounds
• Working in a physically strenuous environment/ Non climate controlled
• Work in dusty / dirty environment
• Work around chemicals
• Work in high voltage areas
• Work in noisy areas
• Working outside

Steel toe boots are required for this assignment.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• Ideal Candidate will have previous experience in Manufacturing, General Labor or Warehouse
• Willing and able to work in a loud/noisy, hot, humid, dusty, greasy and high volume environment
• Willing and able to perform tasks such as lifting, walking, climbing, stooping, standing, pushing and/or pulling for at least 12 hours a day
• Willing and able to work rotating shifts
• Willing and able to maintain strict adherence to safety rules and regulations, including wearing safety equipment
