Boeing Commercial Airplane's (BCA) 737 Program is seeking a Manufacturing Manager (Level K) to support the Moses Lake, Washington Temporary Storage Site Location.

This position is a temporary assignment located in Moses Lake, Washington. Candidates will be provided a DTA (Domestic Temporary Assignment) benefits package as applicable. Must be willing to work any shift in variable environmental conditions.

Position Responsibilities:

• Manages employees performing activities in multiple manufacturing disciplines.

• Develops and executes business plans, policies and procedures and develops organizational and technical strategies.

• Acquires resources, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements.

• Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports.

• Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes.

• Manages, develops and motivates employees.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite in Moses Lake, WA.

The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience):

• 3+ years of experience in Aerospace or manufacturing environment

• 2+years of leadership experience

• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills and Experience):

• 3+ years of experience communicating to employees, customers, peers and all levels of leadership

• 1+ years of experience with Quality Management Systems and/or One Boeing Production System (One BPS)

Summary pay range: $96,900 - $131,100
