Intigral, Inc. is seeking a Process Engineer that would love to add the unique skill of tempering to their skill set and resume. This position will work closely with manufacturing operations on process improvement, generating and updating process documents, analyzing and trending process and product data to ensure consistency and regulatory requirements, leading tempering product testing and certification, and becoming the internal process expert on tempering standardization and optimization.

Other Job Duties:
- Working closely with operations to deliver yield and quality improvements
- Write and review engineering specifications, work instructions and related information to create best practices
- Lead tempering product certification testing and submittal
- Partner with operations and maintenance to implement preventative maintenance programs and improve equipment uptime
- Coordinate electric utility cost reductions through schedule optimization
- Identify cost reduction opportunities for consumable and replacement parts
Education and/or Experience:
- BS Engineering or Materials Science with a heavy emphasis on process engineering
- Strong ability to gather data, analyze and interpret that data and implement improvement plans based on that data
- Fundamental knowledge of manufacturing practices and procedures
- Strong planning, organizational and communication skills
- Knowledge of PLC and drive troubleshooting preferred.
- 5-10 years’ work experience in an industrial manufacturing setting preferred.
- 5-10% Travel Required
