This role is an essential position within our organization. We are looking for eager, team oriented candidates who have a desire to learn and grow!
This position will be based in Lanett, AL
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate activities with the IT department and the Plant Maintenance, Process, and Production departments to provide consistent data collection and analysis’
- Develops and optimizes the OSIPI and SQL databases for all users in the plants.
- Collect, analyze and translate complex business requirements into functional specifications
- Build structures for detailed work breakdown project managers and coordinate development tasks with other team members
- Develop and/or coordinate the development of the necessary reports to make decisions for continuous process improvements and benchmarking
- Develop and/or coordinate the development of standardized reporting functions to evaluate process control systems to minimize variation throughout the manufacturing process
- Coordinates with the Corporate analysts/programmers to ensure standardization is maintained for the most efficient and portable programs from plant to plant.
- Implement and monitor systems to ensure full implementation.
- Develops/maintains digital infrastructure to support Manufacturing Execution Systems and Model Based Control Systems.
- Develops/maintains transactions with PLC data and HMI screen modifications.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.

Bachelor's Degree in a technical field or equivalent experience
