Job Description
Teledyne Controls is seeking an eager Manufacturing Test Technician 3 to support the production rates and sustain all sub-assembly testing for DFDAU, WGL Comm+, and WAP Products. The Test Technician will work side-by-side with senior employees.
Essential Duties:
- Assist with troubleshooting faults in electronic circuits and systems using various types of test equipment e.g., Special Test Equipment "STE", Automated Test Equipment "ATE", data analyzers, microprocessors emulators, circuit testers, oscilloscopes, and multi-meters.
- Assist with reading and interpreting production illustrations (PI), wiring diagrams, schematics, understanding symbols, flag notes, and general notes.
- Assist with identifying and troubleshooting process, material, or equipment problems to minimize down time and recommend solutions.
- Must have obtained troubleshooting and fault isolation skills through training and/or schooling.
