Position Summary: Utilizing a combination of school-based and work-based learning to provide students with employability and occupational skills. Students are taught by qualified skilled work site mentors to prepare for careers while still in high school, developing the technical and specific job skills.
Detailed Description:
- Participate in on-the-job mentored training of 450 or more work hours.
- Fullfull all high school graduation requirements.
- Coordinate work availability with mentor schedule.
- Attendance is an essential function of the job.
- Ability and willingness to engage in highly energetic pursuits on the waterfront.
- Maintain a commitment to and promote the Quality and Environmental, Health & Safety Policies.
- Abide by all organizational policies and procedures.
