Conrad Fort Lauderdale Beach is looking for a Market Attendant to join the Food and Beverage Team!

This luxurious oceanfront retreat offers a world of style, service and connection with globally inspired architecture and design. The hotel has 290 rooms with an expansive pool terrace with private cabanas, a 6th floor fitness center, a tranquil boutique Spa, over 10,000 square feet of meeting space, and 5 food and beverage outlets. This includes a restaurant, pool side grill, cocktail lounge, marketplace, and in-room dining.

• Classification: Full-Time
• Shift: Various schedule. The Market is open from 7am-8pm; 8 hour shifts between these times.
• Compensation: $16 per hour plus tips plus full time benefits (medical/vision/dental insurance, 401K matching, paid time off, team member travel program, free lunch, etc)

What will I be doing?

As a Market Attendant you will provide excellent customer service in a manner that is friendly, courteous, professional and timely to ensure total guest satisfaction. Your duties will include, but are not limited to the following:

• Greeting guests and taking/preparing their orders
• Making coffees
• Working with the culinary team to ensure preparation of pastries and hot menu items, as ordered by the guests
• Assisting guests with their sorbet requests
• Ensuring the market is kept clean and tidy
