Job description
Responsible for managing all aspects of marketing communications with the specific objectives of creating and increasing brand awareness, generating leads, managing website content, and Search Engine Optimization (SEO) activities. Additional duties will include the management of our CRM software Salesforce, administering customer surveys and providing inside sales support.
Essential Functions:
- Refresh website and carry out continuous content editing and updates to the site
- Manage all outbound messaging, including LinkedIn posts, press releases, email campaigns, surveys, and other announcements
- Manage trade show participation, either on-site or virtual, as needed
- Orchestrate video promotion of our products, capabilities, and our company
- Provide templates and content oversight for customer presentations
- Leverage our CRM system Salesforce to input and track leads and opportunities
Skills/Qualifications Needed:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Engineering
- Proven track record of managing B to B Marketing Communications
- Three to five years in sales or marketing of electro-mechanical components
Desired Skills:
- Superior oral and written communication skills
- Social media, website creation, or other digital marketing experience
- Impeccable grasp of the English language
- Well versed in Microsoft Office tools
