As a crucial part of operations and development, the Paid Social Manager who will be responsible for the planning, execution, and optimization of all campaigns within Social and YouTube. These campaigns support a variety of business initiatives with objectives ranging from brand awareness to driving dine-in visits for our hospitality clients. The successful candidates will have a passion for social media, and experience scaling campaigns across all major publishers (Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube, etc). They will also bring a highly analytical, creative, and flexible growth mentality to the role, which will be essential to delivering breakthrough thinking for this channel.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the planning, execution, and optimization of user acquisition and performance marketing campaigns.
  • Management of paid media account operations for 8+ clients.
  • Research and execute important aspects of campaign builds. Such as keyword research, ad copy drafting, audience research, client/website research, account structure, etc.
  • Analyze paid media campaigns to develop, execute, test, and report on paid media strategies.
  • Prepare weekly paid media performance reports and recommendations to deliver to clients.
  • Present paid media performance reports to clients.
  • Deliver paid media campaign optimizations analyses and provide recommendations for the next steps from the data.
  • Stay informed of the relevant industry, paid media, and paid media platform trends and best practices.
  • Managing social advertising partner relationships (e.g., Meta, Snapchat) for all day-to-day and campaign-specific needs, as well as longer-term strategic goals.
  • Proactively seeking out new opportunities to drive revenue and raise the bar on campaign performance.

Client Facing / Customers

  • Coordinates, with the customer and departmental management, leading the identification of all deliverables, and sequence of all activities and tasks necessary to complete the project.
  • Works directly with customers to develop application requirements and ensure the application meets business objectives.
  • Provides production support for new releases and production deployments of the content management system(s)

Experience Required:

Five years of experience in paid social media management with five-plus years in digital marketing related to industry best practices. May substitute the required education degree with additional years of equivalent experience on a one-to-one basis.

Two or more years of experience with Quality Assurance procedures and test automation.

Education Required:

Bachelor's degree.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
