Position Title: Marketing Coordinator
Reports to: Senior Marketing Coordinator
Essential Job Function: The Marketing Coordinator at LifePro is a remarkable opportunity to help manage marketing initiatives for both LifePro and our customers (independent financial professionals around the country). Each campaign managed by the Marketing team includes video recording and editing, emails, content creation, web design, and/or paid advertising. Most of your time will be spent interacting with the Marketing and IT Teams (CreativITy), creating promotional calendars, determining initiatives, and being responsible for developing and implementing both organic and paid traffic campaigns. This position is an incredible opportunity for you to expand your marketing career and experience in all aspects of the marketing industry, including copywriting, graphic design, video production, digital marketing, and conversion optimization.
Primary Responsibilities:
· Write and design persuasive marketing copy consistent with LifePro’s corporate brand guidelines that promote LifePro’s events, products, and services.
· Create and implement marketing collateral including, video production, emails, ad design/copy, web design/copy, needed before, during, and after events.
· Monitor and measure results of marketing campaigns such as costs, click-through rates, and registrations plus analyze data to optimize and increase ROI.
· Execute organic and paid traffic strategies that generate leads for LifePro’s sales division and our customers.
· Manage LifePro’s communication platforms including Facebook Ads, Google AdWords, LinkedIn and internal email marketing software system.
· Assist in creating, recording, and editing Money Script Monday™; a weekly video series about life insurance, annuities, and investments.
· Collaborate weekly with the CreativITy team to provide creative solutions and advance projects.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of relevant marketing experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related degree preferred
- Detail-oriented and a strong communicator/collaborator
- Strong project management skills (we do not micromanage)
- Must have great and can-do attitude
- Must excel at writing persuasive copy
- Proficient knowledge in paid traffic sources, including Facebooks Ads and Google Adwords
- Proficient knowledge of Adobe Suite including Photoshop, InDesign, Premier Pro and Illustrator
- Working knowledge of DSLR camera
- Working knowledge of HTML

Compensation:
· Base salary: $43k-46k yearly
· Performance bonus:
- LifePro Production
- Event Attendance
- Based on live and online events obtaining the # of attendees goal
- Online events multiply 1.2 variable by number of attendees
- Live events multiply 8.5 by attendees
- Monthly total divided by 5

JOB DESCRIPTION
