Client Services Project Manager & Government Business internal agency is the premier source for profound marketing insights, world-class strategy, brilliant concepts, and content that inspires action and delivers results. Duties Working as part of the Client Services function within Creative, the project manager is an integral part of the team that helps ensure clients view us as their partner of choice for creative work by ensuring an easy experience when working with us and by delivering smart marketing communications that meet the business and communications goals of the organization. This role is 100% remote.

Responsibilities

• As part of the Client Services team, assist in the planning and development of appropriate communications solutions to meet business communications goals
• Work with other Client Services team members (Account Supervisors and, at times, the Account Director) to help develop project proposals/SOWs and creative briefing documents including message direction, in preparation for communications creation and production
• Manage projects from start to finish including creative development, internal/client reviews, proofreading, translation, and production.
• Develop and manage project estimates and timelines for all projects; contribute to monthly billing meetings to ensure proper charge-back to partners
• Work with the team to review creative prior to being shared with clients to quality control.
