Position Summary:
The Marketing Content Specialist position is a great opportunity for a creative, detail-oriented content creator to join our growing Marketing Team at Pavlov Media. Primary Responsibilities:
- As part of the Pavlov Media marketing team, help develop content strategies that promote our services and products
- Create engaging, on-brand content for social media, blog posts and other digital platforms using text, images and video
- Assist the Marketing Content Manager with the management of content calendars for all Pavlov Media brands
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Associate degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience creating marketing content for digital platforms (web, social) for a variety of audiences
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
Desired Skills:
- Enjoys being part of a creative, collaborative team
- Excellent writing skills
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel)
- Strong strategic understanding of how digital marketing platforms work together
- Knowledge of how to apply current best practices in content creation and digital marketing
- Experience with paid digital advertising, particular social media advertising
- Photography, video or other multimedia skills are not required - but are a major plus
- Ability to grasp future product marketing trends and implement them proactively
