Overview:
Roundtable Research is hiring for a Marketing Coordinator to assist in the planning, execution, and support of direct response marketing campaigns for Roundtable Research brands. The main focus for the marketing coordinator will be working with the Senior Media Buyer on campaigns designed to acquire new customers through email, display, native and affiliate marketing.

This role will also assist the Marketing department on multiple projects simultaneously in order to meet production timelines and marketing goals. This person should be creative, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. They should have at least 1-2 years of digital marketing experience, preferably with a background in direct response, performance advertising, or a similar field.

This role is based in our Hunt Valley, MD office in a hybrid capacity.
Responsibilities:
  • Assist in developing and ultimately executing digital marketing campaigns to promote Roundtable Research’s products
  • Create and disseminate promotion links to 3rd party affiliates through the Everflow system and other ad networks.
  • Upload campaign creatives into Salesforce
  • Routinely correspond with affiliates in an ongoing effort to run the promotions.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team on A/B Testing strategies and analysis. Execute and report on these tests in Salesforce
  • Monitor performance of external marketing spend and collaborate with senior media buyer regarding campaign performance.
  • Produce daily, weekly, and monthly reports on marketing performance, comparing affiliate performance
  • Provide suggestions and collaborate on new idea generation, help brainstorm new digital marketing strategies including ad copy, images, target audiences, and monetization tactics
  • Daily coordination with both internal and external marketing staff to ensure campaigns hit target launch dates, meet KPI goals and boost overall marketing ROI
  • Draft reports on key marketing metrics including conversion rates, CTRs, CPCs, CPAs, ACVs, etc.
  • Perform quality assurance checks for all external marketing campaigns –– review assets in SalesForce, Shopify, and additional ad platforms – to ensure they are typo and error free
  • Support the Marketing team projects on an ad hoc basis
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related subject
  • 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing
  • Working knowledge of basic digital marketing and advertising strategies
  • Salesforce or other CRM experience is preferred
  • Sense of urgency to complete tasks in a timely manner
  • Up-to-date knowledge of advertising platforms such as Google, Facebook, Criteo, Taboola, Outbrain, Yahoo and YouTube preferred
  • Knowledge of marketing tactics and e-mail best practices
  • Basic computer knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are mandatory
  • Strong creative thinking skills with the ability to present ideas effectively while being receptive to feedback and criticism from others.
  • Must be able to understand short and long-term business objectives
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Ability to establish strong relationships across departments
  • Strong attention to detail and proofreading skills
  • Work well in fast paced, team-oriented environment
  • Experience with investing and/or financial markets is preferred, but not required
  • Sedentary work that primarily involves sitting/standing

  • Ability to freely move about the office or remote working environment
  • Ability to use the phone/computer/keyboard/mouse/general office equipment for extended periods of time
