In this role, you will help set the brand voice and style guide for a new media offering within Chase Offers & Shopping. You will craft engaging, useful content to help attract new customers and retain the ones already within our ecosystem. You'll work across various departments such as Marketing, Sales, Product and more to ensure marketing copy is consistent and clear, and always relevant. We're looking for a candidate with strong experience in writing for a B2B audience, who will quickly learn about our business and can create compelling content that empowers and delights customers.

Job Responsibilities
  • Demonstrate your experience and knowledge in the field through your delivery of well-crafted copy that benefits our customers and business. You will also go one step further, proactively seeking areas for improvement, by collaborating across teams to find solutions
  • Write engaging, strategic content across web, campaign and communications - one day you may be working on creating engaging web copy, the next may be putting together an important communication to go out to our customers, the next helping a colleague hone their copy
  • Designing content that can be effectively reused in a way that's measurable, consistent, and above all else, beneficial for our customers
  • Work with Marketing, Sales, Product and Brand to ensure content is accurate, clear, consistent and contextually relevant
  • Create scroll-stopping, useful content that will attract, retain and inform our customers

Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills
  • 5+ years of writing experience in the fields of marketing, communications, and websites, with a portfolio that reflects such work
  • You are used to working within brand style guides to ensure consistency of content across a business
  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment with frequent changes and you have a strong track record of adapting to change
  • You enjoy demystifying complex jargon and language into something everyone can understand while balancing business and customer needs
  • You know the importance of creating consistent experiences and the role of content in shaping value propositions
  • Understanding what is practical and what causes problems, you can form proposals around these constraints and opportunities
  • Experience writing content for B2B audiences

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills
  • Bachelor's Degree in Communications, English, Journalism, Creative Writing, Human Centered Design or other area(s) of relevant focus
  • Relevant experience working in media, banking or the financial industry
