Marketing Manager

The Role

Come join a highly collaborative, cross-functional team committed to improving the value of our marketing programs aimed at reaching and engaging Fidelity’s institutional clients. You will be a critical member of the Segment & Solutions Marketing Team in crafting and maintaining various types of marketing assets.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree/equivalent work experience in a professional environment
• Ability to proactively communicate progress updates to key stakeholders, surface potential obstacles and assist in developing creative solutions
• Financial industry experience preferred (or comparable experience working in regulated industry)
• Experience creating and refining marketing collateral for print and digital channels, and working with creative and web teams to bring messaging to life
• The ability and desire to lead multiple tasks with varied complexities simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication (including presentation) skills
• Quick and clear headedness under pressure; your ability to thrive in a very fast-paced, demanding environment.

The Value You Deliver

In this role, you will be responsible for the development and maintenance of key marketing initiatives and collateral that drive business results, including supporting sales enablement. You will lead several projects simultaneously, requiring managing multiple tasks with competing priorities. The role requires establishing ongoing working relationships with the sales team, relationship managers, marketing peers and cross functional business partners to ensure compliant, on time and on budget delivery of marketing deliverables.

• Collaborate across the marketing organization to develop and update key marketing assets used across channels
• Assist with a wide range of marketing activities across the team, including proactive sales opportunities and pitch development, digital experiences for clients and prospects, development of email communications, client event support, and streamlining how business partners access marketing content
• Ensure collateral is available, compliant and adheres to brand guidelines
• Act as resource for relationship management and sales teams to support client and prospect engagements
