What you'll be doing:

• Supervision of marketing coordinator(s)
• Build marketing campaigns and programs to support marketing objectives within in support of our strategic marketing plan
• Propose marketing programs to help in identifying marketing efforts and the appropriate channels of communication
• Evaluate the impact of marketing programs in attaining the end result which may include customer insights, retention and potential new leads
• Propose and manage marketing research projects to support sales and lead generation efforts
• Build marketing campaigns and programs to support specific marketing objectives across different channels and segments in support of our overall strategic marketing plan
• Other duties as requested by the Director of Marketing or Chief Sales Officer.

• Sound understanding of advanced marketing principles and strategic planning
• Effective understanding of latest Marketing Technology with the ability to translate its use to the marketing initiatives
• Ability to work collaboratively
• Experience building complex marketing programs and reporting on the results
• Exposure to digital and direct response marketing
• Ability to travel as necessary (customers, tradeshows, conferences, for example)
