Uncommon Marketing Works is a fast-paced Digital Marketing Agency, located in PA. We are currently looking for a Marketing Project Manager. The Marketing Project Manager will be both client-facing and integral to internal teams, so interpersonal skills and organization are a must. We are looking for someone who is self-sufficient, detail-oriented, and willing to hustle to join our growing agency.
The Marketing Project Manager will oversee client deliverables and manage ongoing daily client relationships. This important work includes creating project timelines, plans, and resource allocation, and ensuring those are adhered to by the team. Our agency is fast-paced and often has tight turnaround times for key deliverables -- this position will help make that happen with creativity, flexibility, and confidence. This position requires previous marketing agency experience.
The Work:
- Be the expert in our client-specific processes, making sure teams meet deadlines, and making sure blockers are cleared
- Understand client requirements for project status, and ensure those requirements, along with any necessary documentation, is completed by the team in advance of client status calls
- Actively participate in and lead internal and client status calls
- Provide proactive guidance and scenario planning based on well-established standards, targeted launch dates, and process
- Identify risks that could potentially impact deliverables and timelines, and help determine viable solutions
- Be the central point of contact for miscellaneous client requests; assess and distribute these requests to the internal owner along with any timelines needed
- Build and maintain relationships, both internally and with clients
- Adapt to the varied corporate cultures and organizational structures of our customers
- Identify and report on gaps in process, on teams, and with client expectations
- Work on various priorities simultaneously
- Responsible for upselling when needed
- Oversee project managers and coordinators
Requirements:
- 3 or more years of experience in project management or a similar role
- 3 or more years of experience working in a client/customer-facing role at an agency
- Track record of building relationships with stakeholders or clients that have resulted in high client satisfaction
- Adaptability
- Great prioritization skills
- Knowledge of digital marketing basics
- Knowledge of project management processes, workflow, and terminology
- Agency experience
- Ability to translate between technical and non-technical people
- Ability to work effectively with a global, virtual team

Pay: $56,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year DOE
