PeopleShare is seeking experienced candidates for a Marketing/Sales Operational Specialist opportunity located in Delaware County!

Job details for the Marketing/Sales Operations Specialist position:

Hours/Schedule: Monday - Friday, regular business hours

Pay Rate: $60,000 - $85,000 depending on experience

DIRECT HIRE! (PTO, Full Benefits, etc,)

Responsibilities:

• Achieve sales budget and margin objectives
• Generate sales within the existing account base
• Manage and expand (new departments, contacts, etc.) the corporate relationship with existing customers
• Provide direction and support to all internal departments that support the customer to ensure client needs are met
• Conduct meetings and presentations with key account stake holders to drive sales and ensure excellent customer experience
• Serve as a category specialist to other members of the Account team
• Work with sales and marketing to produce campaigns and offers that generate sales
  through the e-commerce platform, social media and inbound marketing initiatives

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree required
• Detail oriented with strong administrative follow-up and follow-through
• 3-5 years of experience with business-to-business selling
• Demonstrated selling skills and achievement of sales goals
• Excellent verbal, written and group communication skills
• Self-starter and results oriented
• Excellent presentation skills
• Strong relationship building skills with internal and external customers
• Excellent time management
• Solid computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, e-commerce platforms)
