SUMMARY: Under the direct supervision of the Director of Marketing Services and
according to established Firm policy and procedures, the Marketing Services
Coordinator is responsible for the day to day marketing operations of their local office. The Marketing Services Coordinator will carry out the duties associated with client events, seminars, community and charitable contributions, company store as well as all other marketing and business development initiatives for the office.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Plans and executes all seminars, client entertainment and other business development events and activities in coordination with the Business Development Managers, where applicable.
2. Conducts the marketing orientation for new legal personnel.
3. Provides input to business development team as necessary for the preparation of
client and prospect meetings, pitches, proposals, and other business development initiatives.
4. Utilizes available business development research tools to identify marketing
prospects, due diligence and strategic marketing information.
5. Makes recommendation to Office Managing Partner regarding memberships,
sponsorships and community support to maximize marketing value.
6. Manage community support and office-supported practice development sponsorships at the local level, including coordinating ads, branding, attendance for events and evaluating ROI.
7. Manages office client and community relations budget and office sports and
entertainment budget. Works directly with Office Managing Partner and Director
of Marketing Services in annual budget planning and monthly monitoring.
8. Coordinates with the communications team to complete press releases,
resources for PR opportunities, surveys, directories and other listings.
9. Manages LinkedIn Showcase page and Office Newsletters, where applicable.
10.Assures the availability of collateral materials, company store and other items,
including procurement of gifts for clients.
11. Manages the maintenance and utilization of marketing databases /CRM products for the firm.
12. Manages requests for and distribution of tickets for various sporting and client
entertainment opportunities.
13. Maintains accurate information on firm intranet calendars related to office
marketing event and sports/entertainment ticket availability, where applicable.
14.Other duties as assigned.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
1. Knowledge of marketing, communications and public relations in order to assume
responsibility for the office marketing program at a level normally acquired
through completion of a Bachelor degree in marketing, communications or equivalent.
2. Three to five years of progressively responsible related work experience in a
professional services industry.
3. Interpersonal and communication skills in order to communicate with a diverse
group of attorneys, staff and clients and provide information with ordinary
courtesy and tact while safeguarding confidentiality, and to effectively negotiate
and represent the firm in a favorable and business-like manner.
4. Interpersonal skills necessary in order to communicate by telephone and e-mail
to provide information with ordinary courtesy and tact.
5. Experience in developing and utilizing marketing databases, and a familiarity with
marketing related computer tools.
6. Ability to organize and prioritize numerous tasks and complete them under time
constraints.
7. Ability to proofread typed materials for grammatical, typographical and spelling
errors; excellent written and oral communication skills.
8. Ability to prepare, understand and monitor approved budgets.
9. Proficiency in Windows XP; Word, PowerPoint and spreadsheet applications,
preferably Excel.
10. Work occasionally requires more than 40 hours per week to perform the essential duties of the position; may require irregular hours, and occasional travel.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
