Marketing Specialist
We are currently looking for a dynamic and creative Marketing Specialist to contribute to the development, design, planning, and implementation of marketing promotions and themes with the goal of supporting system-wide sales for our Merry Maids brand. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to coordinate, implement, and support marketing projects, processes, and programs, especially for the marketing and sales enablement of the franchise network. You will work with third-party business partners and agencies to develop and produce marketing materials, and facilitate and coordinate the approval, production schedule, invoicing, and inventory of marketing materials.
What you'll do:
Contribute to the development, design, planning, and implementation of marketing promotions and themes.- Liaise with franchisees to support local marketing initiatives and lead generation programs.
- Coordinate, implement, and support marketing projects, processes, and programs.
- Coordinate with third-party business partners and agencies to develop and produce marketing materials.
- Facilitate and coordinate the approval, production schedule, invoicing and reimbursement requests, and inventory of marketing materials.
- Gather and report sales and marketing data.
- Serve as internal SME in specific areas of marketing (e.g., brand, B2B, etc.).
- Develop, execute, and measure brand gift card initiatives, encouraging research participation, and ensuring successful franchise adoption of programs.
- Review and approve content for social media and monthly calendars.
- Manage monthly invoices, accruals, and financial reports and keep records for tracking.
- Monitor marketing support requests daily.
What you bring:
Knowledge of marketing and a basic understanding of print production- Business writing skills
- Project management skills
- Computer skills with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); with a heavy emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint
- Computer skills with Dropbox, Smartsheet, and SharePoint a plus
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- 1-2 years of marketing experience, or equivalent education
Working Conditions:
Travel may be required, about 10%.
