MARKETING STRATEGY SPECIALIST

Required Skills:

  • Associate Degree.
  • Four years of professional business experience in Digital Marketing and/or Recruitment Marketing/Employer Branding, social media, Public Relations & Communications in a corporate/business environment.
  • Two or more years' experience in a talent acquisition-related role is preferable.
  • Experience with LinkedIn and other social media channels, video marketing, and web landing page builds.
  • Familiarity with how display banner ads, and organic & paid advertising (SEM/Google AdWords) work and how they all tie together.
  • Ability to analyze metrics and partner cross-functionally.
  • The ideal candidate must be very creative, show innovation, work independently and take initiative and ownership of work.
  • Experience in content planning and managing budgets.
  • Strong project management/project planning skills are required.
  • In addition, branding experience is required for this role.
  • Background or experience working with ad agencies like Radancy (TMP Worldwide) and outside vendors/partners.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in the understanding of social media from a recruiting, business development, marketing or communication perspective.
  • Recruitment, Marketing, Employer & Talent Branding experience is a plus!

Project Description:

  • The incumbent will understand and support the business needs for the Commercial and other organizations, recruitment priorities, audience and work with internal & external stakeholders to create the supporting content of our recruitment marketing and branding strategies.
  • The incumbent will manage paid and organic marketing, digital content planning, and social media initiatives to support the integrated Digital Employer Brand Strategy for Global Talent Acquisition.
  • They will create, plan, and implement recruitment marketing strategies to build employer brand awareness online.
  • They will manage outside vendor relations and work to maintain the consistent flow of content from the business and recruiting team to the outside vendors/partners.
  • The incumbent will also support any newly established content strategies that support the promotion of job content and employee experience.
  • They will drive content through authentic storytelling, leadership activation, and highlight diversity & inclusion stories to ultimately attract great talent.
  • This resource will also use coordination and planning to develop and execute digital marketing campaigns. Continuously work and publish projects that support the monthly content calendar.
  • Interface with senior level Thought Leadership content contributors from around the business.
  • Review contributor content, make suggestions/edit, and submit content for internal compliance review.
  • Coordinate with agency to build or update, run, and improve campaigns.
  • Partner cross-functionally across the talent acquisition team to gain an understanding.

This 6+ month position starts ASAP.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $55.00 - $62.00 per hour
