If you want the support of working in a clinic environment and the flexibility and pay of private practice, Aspen Grove Family Therapy may be the place for you. We are looking to hire a Family Systems oriented therapist who is interested in making a change in the community and their client’s lives. We operate from an evidenced based and “whole family therapy” perspective. Providers are encouraged to think outside of the box and collaborate with other community professionals. We offer a tiered percentage compensation (dependent upon license and education level) to ensure providers are making the most they can for what they are trained for. We aim for growth. Every provider is encouraged to become the best they can be and to seek out and identify ways to strengthen themselves, our clinic, and the community.

Compensation is based upon a graduated percentage of the fees collected. Associate clinician percentage starts at 40% of fees collected, fully licensed clinician percentage starts at 55% of fees collected.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $44.00 - $66.00 per hour

• Twin Falls, ID 83301: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
