Macanson Construction specializes in enhancing the aesthetics of our clients' homes by designing and creating spaces that are functional and beautiful. Projects range from installing various styles of trim to improving the function and storage in their home by building custom cabinetry. We're looking for team oriented individuals who are self-motivated and passionate about building. To excel you must demonstrate strong communication skills and great attention to detail, will need to be solution oriented to be able to resolve problems when they arise.

Master Carpenter Responsibilities:

The candidate shall demonstrate broad working knowledge of interior residential construction as well as fine carpentry skills and cabinetry building. Must be able to read design drawings and be able to produce cut sheets from prepared drawings. This person will be responsible for coordinating and allocating general and daily tasks. They will need to be organized with strong time management and leadership skills to keep projects on schedule. Will need to report progress to project manager.

5 years of experience in residential construction and finish carpentry experience is required. When needed, will need to assist in training new team members and providing supervision when working with saws and other power tools.

Skills in the following trades are a bonus- Light electrical, Light plumbing, Tile, Drywall Repair, Flooring, Carpet Repair

Candidates must be able to provide their own transportation to the work site. Having a work vehicle is a plus. Having your own tools is a plus. Heavy lifting is required. Will have to do material runs as needed. Dependability is a must. Ability to speak Spanish or other languages is a plus.

We are offering a full time position with competitive wages, including paid vacation benefit. There is strong potential for advancement and growth.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
