We're on a mission to help our members take the plunge into the deep end and FINALLY get started on their fitness journey with professional support to guarantee their results!

We are Currently Hiring

• Experienced & Passionate Personal Trainers who are looking to grow into a leadership focused career in order to make a larger impact & income!

• Full -Time (40 hours /week)

• Starting Pay: Between 4k and 6k per month based on performance

Team Member Responsibilities Include:

• Developing meaningful rapport with new clients

• Providing fitness advice to new members over the phone and in person

• Guiding new members through safe, effective, and professional one on one 15-25 minute workouts to teach how to see results in the gym

• Motivating Clients to Challenge Themselves and take advantage of the resources available at LA Fitness

• Overcoming the mental roadblocks that prevent clients from seeing meaningful change

• Client Engagement and Follow Up

• Providing and Receiving Feedback

• Basic Administrative Tasks (phone calls, texting etc)

Schedule

We are currently looking for team members that can work from 9AM to 1PM and then again from 4PM to 8PM most weekdays.

One week day and one weekend day will be dedicated time off.

There will be a half shift on one weekend day and one week day!

Preferred Credentials (not required)

Although beneficial to be accredited by nationally recognized fitness programs (such as: ACE, NASM, ACSM, ect.) it is not a requirement for the position. Experience in the field of fitness is a MUST, however.

Typical growth opportunity breaks down to:

Personal Training Coordinator: 4k-6k per month

Assistant Personal Training Director: 6k-8k per month

Personal Training Director: 8k-10k+ per month.

Personal Training directors receive the 'keys to the castle' and have the opportunity to run their own clubs, hire their own trainers, and make the impact and income they desire!

Growth from PTC to PTD can happen within 90 days based on performance and credentials.

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

• Personal training: 1 year (Preferred)
