These are Material Handler roles, with some Forklift experience required. These career positions offer our employees various opportunities for advancement as well as safety bonuses, plenty of overtime, and a competitive benefits package (dental, disability, life, medical and so much more!)

Our operators work 2 weeks rotating am/pm shifts. This alternates every two weeks with every other weekend being a 3 day weekend off.

Responsibilities:

• Follow site safety procedures without exception
• Evaluate work area for at-risk conditions/behaviors and bring the situation back to site standards
• Follow FIFO procedures
• Transport raw materials from storage areas to proper locations using a forklift
• Supply boxed raw or recycled material to production lines
• Use vacuum lifting equipment for moving bales onto bale conveyor
• Unpack boxed bales of rubber and disassemble packaging
• Stack, strap, and transport pallets using forklift to the staging area for shipment
• Use a forklift to stage crates of rubber bales for loading conveyors
• Maintain accurate log sheets for material staged during the staging process
• Operate bale conveyor system.
• Assemble 500 kg boxes following the established procedure
• Follow quality guidelines to avoid contamination issues

Abilities (Required)

• Ability to lift 50lbs.
• Ability to stand for 11 hours.
• Ability to bend from the knees
• Ability to drive a forklift
• Ability to grasp, push and pull

Qualifications

• High school Diploma or equivalent
• Forklift Operation: 2 years of experience
• Able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen
• Work a flexible schedule, working both days and nights in rotation
• Have 2 forms of valid identification

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
