SHIFTS

• 1st Shift: Monday thru Friday / 6:00am-2:30pm
• 2nd Shift: Monday thru Friday / 2:30pm-11:00pm / $1.25/hr shift premium

Material Handler

RB Royal is a premium manufacturer of fluid transfer systems. Think custom coils, tubing and hoses that move water, air, oil and fuel. We manufacture solutions for the following markets: marine, automotive, construction, motor sports, agriculture, food processing medical, power generation, etc. Our customer base and orders are growing and we need additional assemblers at our Fond du Lac facility.

Hours / Pay:
2nd Shift: Monday thru Friday 2:30pm-11:00pm.

Pay is based on experience. $1.25/hr shift premium.

SUMMARY
Collects parts from machines, washes parts, supplies stock to machines in an effort to continue the production process, and performs additional duties to assure the smooth operation of the department.

DUTIES AND RESPONIBILITIES

Collects parts at the production machines, transports to wash area.

Washes parts by machine-wash method. Cleans out wash and/or rinse tanks as needed.

Monitors the wash chemical levels to assure condition and cleanliness of the parts. Does visual inspection of washed parts.

Boxes, counts and barcodes product as required for delivery to shipping or another internal department. May apply protective devices to parts as required.

Delivers needed stock to the machines for production runs, based on a check of route sheets at the start of each shift and periodically throughout the shift. Does visual checks on all stock used for any non-conformances. Measures bar or tube stock with micrometer. Stamps stock as necessary.

Unloads bar stock, using appropriate means. Puts material away in proper location. Loads scrap for outgoing shipments.

For all materials coming into the company, checks pack slips with product identification being delivered. Routes paperwork.

Uses micrometer to measure various items of stock and product for conformance.

Follows quality assurance procedures and audits product quality; able to use all tools necessary to produce quality products, including measuring devices.

Completes all necessary procedures to receive material (both production and supplies) for goods delivered to the production plant; verify the shipment arrives intact and meets basic acceptance criteria.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, talk and/or hear and use hands to finger, handle or feel parts or objects. The employee is occasionally required to sit, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, reach with hands and arms and to push or pull objects.

The employee must occasionally lift up to 100 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.50 - $17.50 per hour

Experience:

• Warehouse experience: 1 year (Preferred)
