Responsibilities

Establish inventory control and inbound/outbound order workflow streams to match supply with demand on a JIT basis, collaborate with the PSI (Production, Sales and Inventory) forecasting process key stake holders and optimize inventory controls

Provide coaching, mentoring and support to team members to improve overall team performance and provide growth and development opportunities

Use DBS (Danaher Business System) tools to drive internal and external customer satisfaction and supplier relationships to ensure timely deliveries and quality compliance

Champion and lead the Cycle Count process to meet or exceed internal acceptable control limits for A, B, and C production materials.

Oversee warehouse team in successful daily inbound and outbound receiving and shipping dock activities

Lead and/or guide root cause analysis and effective countermeasures efforts to eliminate any gaps to inventory accuracy standards

Qualifications

High School Diploma

6+ years of experience in supply chain or logistics

2+ years of proven experience in Inventory Management

ERP experience

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree

International shipping experience

Axapta ERP experience
