This key support role will:

Provides administrative and transactional support for the P&C materials and production processes and assures efficient administration of the office functions.

• Creates and distributes shop packets to the production departments.
• Report (data entry) back-flushing and completions to ERP once production is completed.
• Monitors material shortages affecting shop order creation and release to production.
• Identifies critical shortages and provides updates to the Production Planner on estimated dates for shop order releases.
• Tracks & coordinates with Shipping department for shop order picking and delivery to production areas and subcontract manufacturers
• Tracks release and shipment of regional distribution center replenishment orders. Tracks shipment shortages and informs DCs of expected material availability dates.
• Provide support to QA and Operations in maintaining division training records and training schedules.
• Acts as back-up to the Material Expediter, including tracking material shortages affecting customer orders and shop orders, updating Ship-Out report details and coordinating drop shipments.
• Acts as back-up for customer order invoicing.
• Report (data entry) inventory location transfers as bin locations in warehouse changes.
• Print daily Cycle count list for the counter and report the results to Excel.
• Creates daily data reports from ERP system and save in Excel.

Requirements

• High school diploma, associate degree or above preferred
• Two years of supply chain coordination experience
• One year of experience in ERP/MRP working environment

Proficiency in Outlook, MS Office applications, especially Excel
