Job description

Full-time position servicing multi-county area (Rutherford, Wilson, and Trousdale) with base to be determined. Candidate must be able to follow instructions, document work performed, be self-motivated, and have a reliable source of transportation. Duties include completing electronic, in-home client assessments, annual re-assessments, entering client and assessment data into a variety of data systems, and creating and maintaining client files.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Graduation from an accredited four year high school (Associates or higher Degree preferred); advanced knowledge of Microsoft office applications, significant organizational, interpersonal and decision making skills; considerable experience in analyzing program data, dedicated attention to detail.

Additional requirements include clean background, driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance.
