Starting pay is $27.51/hour + shift differential
Schedule is 4-3-3-4 (12-hour shifts, rotating Sundays)

What you’ll do:
Utilize your mechanical knowledge in maintaining a high-speed industrial can manufacturing line
Troubleshoot, maintain, repair, and modify all industrial mechanical systems
Use precision measuring tools and work with close tolerances up to .00010
Work with management to improve work area, safety, quality, cost, and productivity
We need you to have:
High school diploma, GED, or equivalency
Strong mechanical knowledge
A desire to operate and maintain Silgan's can lines by performing and documenting quality checks and measurements
