Main Responsibilities:

The Cleanroom Assembly Technician is responsible for assembling medical devices in the clean room using either a manual fixture station or through a semi-automated process by feeding in the component part through an automated machine. The essential functions and technical requirements for this position is listed below:

Essential Functions

  • Assemble medical devices in a Cleanroom by following standard procedures.
  • Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
  • Ability to read and understand component and assembly Drawings
  • Perform manual assembly and visual inspection of medical products
  • Follow detailed assembly instructions and processes/procedures to correctly assemble medical devices
  • Identifies nonconforming product and work instruction errors
  • Attention to Detail and Quality
  • Experience measuring and reading measurements
  • Willing to work in the Clean Room Environment
  • Assist in maintaining cleanroom status
  • Ability to do repetitive processes with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Complete routine tasks with minimal supervision
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area to facilitate manufacturing functions
  • Participate in team meetings as scheduled by the project Manager
  • Perform ad hoc duties as needed

Technical Requirements

  • Assembly or production experience
  • Previous medical device assembly experience is a plus
  • Experience working in a cleanroom production environment preferred
  • Ability to ask questions (Inquisitive)
  • Self-starter, ability to work unsupervised
  • HMI level I standard base machine level I and other courses as required
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Ability to make sound decisions, working independently and within a team structure

Location: Englewood, Colorado and does require on-site working conditions

Travel: 50% Domestic and International (Passport Required)

Salary: $20 to $24 an hour.Overtime paid and agreat benefits package
